**The Company**
Our client is a standout accounting practice with a beautiful light filled office. As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will provide support and assistance to a team of accountants.

**The Opportunity**
This is an amazing opportunity for an administrator with a minimum of 6 months experience to join a leading accounting firm in Dandenong. Working closely with the Practice Manager and a team of Accountants - you will receive excellent training, mentoring and the opportunity to progress in your career.

**Your duties may include**:

- Answering the phone
- Collating client Tax Returns and Financials
- Lodging Tax Returns
- Liaising with Government Agencies
- Managing Team Workflow and Lodgements
- Building client relationships
- Updating client details on our database
- General database management
- Scanning
- Making appointments and calendar maintenance
- Supporting accountants
- Invoicing and following up clients regarding invoices
- General office administration duties
