I'm currently recruiting for one of Australia's most recognisable ALS providers, who have been rapidly growing on a global basis & have been at the forefront of transforming the way legal services are offered.

Their services range from integrated contract management, document review, eDiscovery, litigation support, legal administration & consulting, backed by a full-support team of legally trained professionals that cover all legal disciplines.

**The Role - Junior Account Manager**

This company specialises in servicing both law firms and corporate in-house legal departments, so you have the option to sell through to either sector, or both. Typically, the size of businesses they service are mid-market to enterprise, as that is where most of the demand for ALS is focused.

In this role, you will be a point of contact for a portfolio of customers who are currently using the companies ALS services.

You will be responsible for discussing their current arrangement, any variations or adding additional services, in conjunction with the sales and operations team.

This is a role where you can really hone in on your legal knowledge to deliver exceptional service in the ALS field.

Being a natural relationship nurturer is a must, as you will be building rapport with prospects from legal principals to c-suite level executives on an ongoing basis.

This is a junior position and will suit someone who has a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Customer Service or Account Management role.

**The Salary**
$65-80k + Super & Comms - this can be negotiated depending on the level of your experience.
