This role will suit a superstar administrator As a strong team player, you'll have a patient but pro-active mindset. Having sharpened your administration and client services skills previously in an accounting firm.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Correspondence and administration
- Administration of internal systems
- Support and work within the Operations Team
- Liaison with the ATO and other such regulatory bodies
- Booking face to face & phone meetings with clients
- Assisting in maintaining office supplies
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintenance of client database and client files
- Assistance with development of practice systems and processes
- General administrative support to practice partners and professional staff
- Assisting the Operations Manager with ad hoc duties

**What will you need?**
- Minimum of 2-3 years previous administration experience within a professional services environment - ideally private practice
- Proven experience as Receptionist or Administration Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Enthusiasm, energy, and professional presentation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly organised and structured, with the ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic and be flexible and willing to work above and beyond the standard work hours to meet the clients and business' needs
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Bonus if you have experience using MYOB, HandiSoft, & ATO Portal
