Responsibilities

This role supports the Financial Services department by managing the accounting processes of fixed asset transactions and events. The primary objectives of the position are to manage the accounting processes, reconciliations, journals and reviews of fixed asset transactions.

Qualifications

You're a detail-oriented finance professional with a Degree or Diploma in Accounting (CPA or CA or working towards is well regarded) and relevant work experience. You have sound knowledge of asset accounting procedures, high-level financial administration processes, and strong computer literacy. Your excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and ability to work effectively in a team make you a standout candidate.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial, along with the capability to manage and prioritise your workload efficiently. You must be a professional communicator with experience in engaging with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in operating relevant systems (Computron, Magiq, and Assetic/Brightly) and Microsoft Office, particularly with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, is essential. Your positive attitude and collaborative spirit will make you a valuable asset to our team
