Established over 13 years ago, our client is a food distribution business who seek an experienced Customer Service / Internal Sales person to manage the daily order processing, invoicing, some Telesales of dormant accounts and enjoy being part of the family supporting their customers who are considered friends.

A typical day will include but won't be limited to:

- Mail and banking duties
- Invoicing
- Banking and mail duties
- Online and phone order processing
- Professional phone manner
- Previous experience order processing in a finished goods business
- Confident to make outbound calls from time to time to existing customers who are dormant or to collect debts
- Self starter, team player who can work autonomously too
