Conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and provide customer service at our prestigious client site in Brisbane CBD.

About the Role

This position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This is a Monday to Friday role, working day shifts. Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Conduct patrols of the premises, including parking areas
- Lock and unlock the building, and ensure visitors have signed out
- Enforce procedural rules and regulations
- Ensure the safety of staff, visitors, clients and property
- Monitor CCTV, control room duties and access control
- Maintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systems
- Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries

Skills & Experience
- Current QLD Security Licence - Unarmed, monitoring and crowd control functions
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- QLD drivers' licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Customer service experience
- Ability to respond to customer/public enquires
- Intermediate level of Computer skills
