Strategic Portfolio Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in driving process optimisation, applying technology to improve outcomes, and delivering insights that support executive decision-making. This position requires a proactive, analytical leader who can operate with autonomy and influence across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
Take ownership of delivery milestones and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Contribute to the planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and portfolio outcomes.
Develop high-impact content and reporting that informs executive decision-making.
Requirements:
This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong track record in portfolio or project coordination, ideally within a technology or transformation context. Key skills and qualifications include:
Experience in organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in content development and reporting tools.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, or a related field are desirable.
