Key Responsibilities:
Manage the performance, presentation, and compliance of a commercial asset portfolio
Oversee lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, and lease documentation
Coordinate inspections, building compliance, maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditure programs
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations while monitoring financial performance
Support strategic asset initiatives including refurbishments, sustainability programs, and marketing campaigns
Implement and enhance systems, procedures, and service delivery standards
Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, leading engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels
Deliver clear, timely financial and operational reporting to stakeholders
