Strategic Portfolio Manager

This role enables transformation delivery and portfolio performance within the Pace Team.

The Strategic Portfolio Manager plays a strategic role in driving process optimisation, applying technology to improve outcomes, and delivering insights that support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Execution and Ownership - Lead the execution of portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Transformation Support - Contribute to the planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Technology Leadership - Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and portfolio outcomes.
  • Content Development - Develop high-impact content and reporting that informs executive decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Influence - Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in portfolio or project coordination, ideally within a technology or transformation context.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content development and reporting tools.
