Strategic Portfolio Manager

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking and the ability to provide portfolio advice to clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client leasehold interests, including lease and make good negotiations, renewals, holdovers, and sublease agreements.

You will also manage client freehold portfolio requirements and provide strategic advice on best practice real estate management.

Based in the Sydney CBD, you will report directly to the Managing Director and have the opportunity to showcase your ability to add value to clients' property requirements.

  • 5+ years' experience within occupier services/tenant representation
  • Extensive lease negotiation ability
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
