About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales / Territory Manager to drive sales growth in South Australia's broad acre regions.
The role involves leading sales initiatives, building strategic relationships with reseller organizations and machinery dealerships, and providing in-paddock support to growers.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategic sales calls, territory plans, and initiatives to meet company growth and profit targets.
Providing hands-on support to growers and dealer partners to ensure effective product support and understanding.
Building valued customer relationships through activities, training, and technical expertise.
Leading and developing the Primary Sales Australia branch in the region, ensuring a customer-focused environment.
Supporting sales activities such as field days, workshops, and customer events.
Maintaining and updating the company CRM for the region.
The role offers flexible location options within the South Australian broad acre region.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working from home, on the road, and leading the team at the branch, with regular travel across the region.
About You
To succeed, you should demonstrate:
At least three years of experience in agricultural sales, preferably in broad acre cropping (grains, pulses, etc.).
Experience in stock and logistics management.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Self-driven with a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce software.
In-depth knowledge of broadacre farming practices, equipment, and agricultural technologies is advantageous.
