About the Role

The successful candidate will be a skilled agronomist with expertise in providing comprehensive technical advice to growers across various industries, including horticulture, broad acre cropping, and pasture programming. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will work closely with growers, retail stores, and internal stakeholders to develop and grow our business in agricultural sectors.

This role requires flexibility to travel regularly, covering areas such as Brisbane and Sydney. We are seeking an individual who can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert agronomic services to growers through technical advice on crop management, fertiliser applications, and integrated pest management.
  • Develop new contacts and business opportunities within the agricultural industry.
  • Maintain strong relationships with growers, retail stores, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in providing agronomic advice and guidance to growers.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
