Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a technically minded individual to further develop their career in Agriculture as a Parts Technician. As a key member of our Parts department, you will have direct engagement with our Customers and liaise directly with our Service and Sales teams. If you are a confident communicator with a strong team ethic and a passion for delivering high-level customer service, then this could be the right career pathway for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of call for all Retail Parts Sales
  • Handle all Internal sales to Service and Sales departments
  • Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
  • Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
  • Order processing including picking, packing and distribution

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment. You should also have experience working with customers and be able to provide high-quality customer service.
