Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for Full time Customer Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre team in Eastern Creek to start on Monday 27th February.

**About our Contact Centre**:
**Contact Centre Hours of Operation**: Monday to Thursday - 8am to 6pm & Friday 8am to 5pm. No weekend work.

**Training**: Full 4 weeks' training is provided to support our new team members. Training hours are 8am-4pm

**In this role, you will**:

- Receive a high level of SUPPORT from our AMAZING TEAM LEADERS
- Answer INBOUND PHONE CALLS from our customers
- Process PHONE-BASED SALES ORDERS into the system
- Provide accurate PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Accurately UPDATE CUSTOMER RECORDS
- Assist customers with COMPLAINT RESOLUTION (not that we get many)
- Show EMPATHY for people needing SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT

**To be successful in this role, you'll need the following**:

- PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE - call centre, office, retail & hospitality backgrounds welcome
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION skills
- COMPUTER skills
- TO BE A TEAM PLAYER.
- Be FLEXIBLE and ADAPTABLE to change
- Able to start on MONDAY 27th FEBRUARY
