We're looking for an experienced and confident professional to join our high-performing Customer Contact Team.

The Role: Customer Contact Representative

Location: Perth (with flexible work-from-home options)

Hours: Full-time (potential to be negotiated to less for the right person)

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reconnecting with previous donors, supporters, or members via phone
  • Handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Retaining and upgrading supporter relationships through tailored solutions
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Representing the values and mission of ARC Twenty-Two with integrity and clarity

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of proven contact centre experience
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing complex or sensitive calls
  • Ability to hit KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Motivation to work in a purpose-driven, goal-oriented environment
  • A team player attitude with the ability to work independently
