About the Opportunity

We are seeking Contact Centre Professionals to provide outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experience, creating peace of mind for our clients by handling inbound call enquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and supportive attitude to resolve customer inquiries
  • Create solutions to emergency calls whilst maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Meet key performance indicators through excellent service delivery

Hours of Work

Full-time and part-time shifts available across multiple shift bands. Part-time roles require a minimum 30 hours commitment per week.

During probation, you will be rostered within our core business hours between 8am - 6pm. Once you successfully complete probation, you will move into your choice of available options:

  • Full-time evening shifts available to work Mon - Fri between 10am - 10pm
  • Part-time evening shifts (30 hours per week) available to work Mon - Fri 12pm - 10pm

Training and Development

You will undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from our office in Osborne Park.

Once you have completed training and we've set you up for success in the role, you will be part of our flexible work model.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment is essential
  • Prior experience working in a contact centre is desirable but not required
  • MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Possess a strong work ethic and behaviour
  • Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
