Job Description

\

We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our Client Services technology system.

\

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to generate innovative ideas and implement solutions that improve our technical services and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize call-handling processes.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Contact Centre technologies and experience working on mid-to-large technology projects. You will also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

\

About the Role

\

This is a permanent position that offers flexibility and autonomy. You will work across Monday to Friday only, and we can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience working with Contact Centre technologies\
  • Business / Technology Analyst experience\
  • Demonstrated success in delivering mid-to-large technology projects within scope\
  • Experience in implementing a new telephony system\
  • Demonstrated successful stakeholder engagement skills\
