**The role**:
Great opportunity for a **Program Support Coordinator **to join our team based in Garden Island (Woolloomooloo). The primary objective of this role is to support Program Bids and Project activities with a particular focus on the coordination and support aspects within the Program Office and the PMO.

In this role you will be coordinating the Program Office activities, maintaining the p rogram controls weekly/monthly cycle drumbeat in coordination with the PMO to enable required routine deliverables to be delivered on time with a thorough working knowledge on project management structures and baselines. This could cover any or all PMO related disciplines ( Planning & Scheduling, Cost/Schedule Analyst, Risk & Opportunity, Document Control, Project /Contract/Subcontract Administration, Stakeholder Management, etc) as well as administrative tasks depending on the defined p rogram perimeter.

Responsibilities will include;
- Provide support to the Bid Manager in the management of the bid document production process through the provision of appropriate services and management tools.
- Administer the Bid Management System/SharePoint (or other document repository or collaboration) site including providing access, advice and training of users and maintenance of best practice.
- Provide administrative support for multiple projects involving engineering development and lifecycle support
- Data management - maintain a customer records and file management system for each project
- Assistance with the production of regular Dashboards, Metrics, Project Status Reports, and CSR reports.
- Participation in and minute/action taking for, department, team, project, project review (MPR & QPR) and customer meetings..
- Co -ordinate business functions, including formal invitations, catering, venue and equipment arrangements.
- Co -ordinate client/customer visits, including accommodation, catering, external activities, venue and equipment arrangements (as required)

**How about you?**
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Engineering, TAFE Certificate or equivalent experience.
- PMO experience with an understanding of Earned Value concept and Office Administration
- Excellent team player able to bring positive and helpful spirit
- Excellent written and oral c ommunications
- Correspondence and Configuration Management and travel organisation experience desirabl e

**Good to Know**

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
