**More about what you'll do**

We are currently looking for an Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our vibrant, dynamic and friendly People & Culture team. This is an **entry-level position** **with all training provided on the job.**

In this role, you will:

- Look after the end to end recruitment function on a national scale
- Liaise with business leaders to identify clear role requirements, and create engaging job advertisements
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and co-ordinate interviews with business leaders
- Complete pre-employment checks and make employment offers
- Oversee the Company's employee referral programme
- Set up new employees in the Company's HRIS system (ConnX)
- Ad hoc duties and project work as required

- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritise

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think and act quickly on your feet
- Attention to detail and accuracy levels
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
