We are now looking for a Senior Strata Manager to join our growing team in Burswood, who can take the lead on a complex, well-structured portfolio of 1,000+ lots.If you are ready to work for a company that values practical expertise, team support and strong legislative knowledge, this is your opportunity.About the roleYou will take ownership of a diverse, high-value portfolio, including residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes with a range of technical and legislative complexities.
You will be supported by a collaborative internal team, streamlined systems, and Directors who understand the demands of strata management first-hand.This is a role suited to a seasoned strata professional who thrives in a structured, professional environment and enjoys solving problems, managing relationships, and keeping complex schemes running efficiently.What you will bringExperience in WA strata management (essential), preferably a minimum of 3yrs experience.Experience managing complex portfolios of 1,000+ lotsStrong working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and related WA legislationExcellent communication, time management and conflict resolution skillsHigh level of practical judgement and common senseAbility to work independently while contributing to a teamConfidence in running AGMs, liaising with contractors and guiding committeesWhat you will enjoyA professional and experienced team that supports one anotherDirectors who are industry veterans and actively involved in the businessModern Burswood officeOption for flexible work arrangements (2 WFH days per week)Ongoing CPD and career development paid for by the companyAbove-award salary, tailored to your experience, capability and portfolio sizeA long-term role where you can grow and be respected for your skillsLet's talk - ConfidentiallyWe understand you might be employed and weighing up your options.
