What is Strata?

Strata title is a model of property ownership in Australia that allows individuals to buy ownership of a larger property or building. As an owner of a 'lot' within a 'Strata Complex', you own your lot as well as a share in the 'common property.

At Richardson Strata, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Strata Manager by handling strata processes according to established guidelines and procedures.

Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including:

Handling 10 – 30 client phone calls daily with a positive and professional approach.

Responding to 20 – 60 client emails each day, ensuring timely and accurate replies.

Understanding and meeting customer deadlines and timeline expectations, and ensuring their needs are met.

Accurately entering client data and relevant details into the management software, maintaining up-to-date and precise records.

Consistently following all corporate processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Liaising with homeowners, managing agents, and contractors.

Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and managing post-meeting documentation.

Issuing work orders, quote requests, and insurance documents, as well as reviewing and approving invoices.

Preparing and sending letters, flyers, and handling general filing.

About You

You'll be a great fit for this role if you are an independent worker who thrives in a collaborative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a willingness to learn and adapt within the industry.

The ideal candidate will also have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administration)

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (preferred, but not required)

Valid Western Australian Driver's License

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
