Strata Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strata Manager to excel in a challenging role. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of low-maintenance complexes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing residential and commercial units with varying needs
  • Liaising with property owners and tenants to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance works, and quotations as necessary
  • Organizing Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure properties meet strata laws and standards
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of strata properties
  • Current registration as a property manager and a valid driver's license
  • An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of relevant compliance requirements, including strata laws and regulations
