Strata Manager Assistant

A key role within our company is available for an experienced Strata Manager.
About the Position:This position involves coordinating various tasks related to Strata management, including scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure effective liaison with clients and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Scheduling, attending, and chairing all Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for strata companies.
- Liaising with councils of owners, owners, and property managers to foster good relations and ensure client expectations are met.
- Ensuring maintenance contracts are executed smoothly from start to finish, and liaising with contractors to guarantee timely completion.
- Maintaining and updating knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and relevant legislation to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Valid Western Australian Police Clearance is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience as a Strata Manager would be highly regarded.
- Customer service experience.
- Background in real estate would be beneficial.
