We haven't had to hire in a while... this feels a bit like getting back into dating.

But here goes.

We're Oakfield, a well-established Strata Management Company in Perth, trusted to manage some of WA's most complex and high-end, high-density communities, but also a lot of the little guys. But more than that, we're a team thatlikeseach other. We work hard, back each other up and aren't afraid to have a laugh while doing it.

So, we're growing and we're on the lookout for someone good (not just on paper) but someone who'll click with our team. This isn't about experience - It's about both of us swiping right (or is it left) – its been a while

What We're Looking For:

Someone who:

• Can gets things done
• Can juggle deadlines, clients and the occasional curveball (all while keeping their cool – on the phone at least)
• Might know strata or is keen to learn it and build a long-term career
• Believes in doing great work, asking questions and looking after the people around them
• Will enjoy our team banter, work lunches and Friday afternoon's just as much as running an AGM or solving problems

What You'll Actually Do:

You'll help manage Strata across WA. That includes:

• Working with owners, councils, contractors and everyone in between
• Completing AGM's (we will explain what these are if you are new)
• Being the reliable voice of reason when things get tricky
• Organising the repairs of everything but the kitchen sink… unless it's in the residents lounge, then you will organise repairs for that as well
• Keeping things humming across your portfolio, supported by a team that knows what they're doing
