Our client are an established Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Real Estate agency who bring with them a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise.

Joining the Commercial Property Management team, you will be in charge of assisting with well-managed mixed portfolio with residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Support and training will be provided to ensure you have the tools necessary for success in this position with the potential for future career development.

This is the perfect opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager who is wanting the opportunity to have their own portfolio in time.

Tasks include but is not limited to:

- Asset management
- Facilities management
- Administration as required
- Respond to Ad Hoc maintenance enquiries
- Liaison with other staff members and management
- Managing customer expectations
- Supporting the property management team with administration and ad hoc duties.
