Our client's success comes from carefully nurturing long term relationships with their clients and local community and they are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Include but not limited to:

- Manage a Commercial Property Management portfolio and assist in the generation of additional revenue streams.
- Have a full understanding of the Retail Leases Act 2003
- Ensure accuracy of all invoices and statements
- Manage clients, collect outgoings, collect rent and communicate any discrepancies efficiently.
- Review all rents on an annual basis.
- Insurance reviewal
- Ensure option letters and renewal of lease letters are sent as per the requirements of legislation.
- Attend to all maintenance issues in a timely and cost-efficient manner to completion
- Report any difficult situations or problems to the Head of Department
- Review council rate annually with reference to land tax issues
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure all data and information regarding the property / landlord / tenant is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure all supporting documents, are up to date and reviewed.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-3 years' experience in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with end-to-end CPM
- Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate License
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- Exceptional communication both written and verbal
- Professional presentation and strong focus on servicing clients.
- Attention to detail.
- Team focused and driven.
- Accurate computer and data management skills
- Strong time management skills
