Senior Commercial Property Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled commercial property assistant to work with a reputable agency in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career in commercial property management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in commercial real estate. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the timely collection of rent and outgoings;
- Conducting rental reviews and maintenance;
- Preparing handover paperwork for pending vacancies;
- Sitting in on meetings with clients & tenants;
- Conducting title and company searches;
- Digital file management, scanning, photocopying, and binding;
- Updating property management procedures manuals.
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- Hold an Agent's Representative Certificate;
- Have a good understanding of property management processes and functions;
- Be keen to learn and absorb information through informal on-the-job training;
- Have a good eye for detail and strong command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation;
- Have a professional, pleasant, and personable manner and a can-do attitude.
