As aFront Office Supervisor, reporting to the Front Office Manager at The Star Grand Hotel, you will be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, overseeing Front Office Operations and working with a dedicated team of professionals in a prestigious property.
You will play a crucial role in delivering five-star service and guest satisfaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build memorable connections with guests and the hotel team.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and engage Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service
Ensure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team
Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent recurrence
Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and the team
What we are looking for
Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
Ability to work independently and take appropriate action on guest requests
Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster and night shifts
