**The Position**

Position Title: Working with Adults who use Family Violence - Emerging Practice State-wide Lead
Classification: SC54 or equivalent
Salary per hour (exc. super): $62.15
Hours per fortnight: 76

**Role Description**

The Strengthening Hospital Responses to Family Violence (SHRFV) initiative is currently being conducted at Bendigo Health through the Research and Innovation team, in collaboration with the Women's Hospital, Department of Health and Family Safety Victoria. Hospitals and health services are aligning with the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework and the Working with Adults who use Family Violence - Emerging Practice State-wide Lead role will work closely with health services and specialist family violence services, to develop and adapt specialist resources to support health services to fulfil their MARAM responsibilities in regards to adults who use family violence. In close consultation with the SHRFV Leadership team, this role will support metropolitan and rural/regional health services across Victoria with the emerging practice change involved in working with adults who use family violence.
