Practice Leader - Child and Family Services
OverviewThe Orange Door is seeking an experienced Practice Leader to provide expert practice leadership on engaging children and young people, assessing risk and needs for infants, children, young people, and families impacted by family violence and/or vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the integrated team to drive cultural change, inspire positive practice cultures, and manage strong stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and manage obstacles and opportunities for development in the internal and external environment.
- Effectively self-manage behaviour and maintain a culture of resilience.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working with children and young people in family violence contexts. They will also possess strong knowledge of drivers/causes of family violence and child vulnerability, as well as fundamental practices and theories in the child and family services sector. Experience leading practice within complex service delivery contexts, particularly multi-disciplinary approaches, is also essential.
BenefitsThis role offers a salary of $134,288 plus super and salary packaging. The successful candidate can work from one of four office locations: Bendigo, Kyneton, Maryborough, or Echuca. Predictable 9am-5pm hours are available at The Orange Door.
