Infrastructure Project Coordinator

As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the estimation process for complex infrastructure projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate contractor estimates and ensure they meet client requirements
Negotiate cost adjustments and provide recommendations for contractor awards
Work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and delivery partners to confirm value assurance outcomes
The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects and be part of a collaborative team that values their input and experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience as an Estimator in infrastructure or construction with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost drivers
Proficiency with estimating software (particularly Expert Estimation) and associated tools
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work confidently with both technical and commercial teams
