Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including quality and safety records.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong communication lines.
  • Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project delivery for government or private infrastructure works.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality processes.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
