We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering infrastructure projects across South Australia.

This role will focus on coordinating activities related to technical operations, engineering, inspections, scheduling, planning, surveying, procurement, and quality control. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, this position requires close collaboration with onsite teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with design and industry standards. Additionally, they will assist project engineers with the development of site documentation, including ITPs, SWMSs, JSEA, and Construction Execution Procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with design and industry standards.
  • Assisting project engineers with the development of site documentation, including ITPs, SWMSs, JSEA, and Construction Execution Procedures.
  • Undertaking quality control inspections and ITP Witness and Hold Point inspections.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in civil or mechanical engineering.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Sound working knowledge of HSEQ requirements and implementation of the same.
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to engage others.
