At Only About Children, we're on a mission to lead the early childhood education sector with innovation and purpose. We're seeking a **Workforce Data & Insights Analyst** to join our high-performing Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in St Leonards. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on digging deep into data, analysing trends, and influencing business decisions with evidence-based insights.

**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll partner with Operations and Campus Services to transform complex workforce data into clear, actionable strategies. You'll be the go-to person for all things data, supporting leaders to make informed decisions about staffing, cost control, and workforce performance.

**What You'll Do**
- Be a trusted commercial partner to the business, delivering real-time insights on workforce performance
- Analyse workforce and cost data using Power BI and Excel to provide proactive recommendations
- Own monthly P&L workforce analytics reviews and support financial performance tracking
- Collaborate with FP&A and BI teams to interpret key workforce metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive a data-driven culture across Operations through training, education, and influence
- Create insightful dashboards and reports that support smarter rostering and cost control

**What You'll Bring**
- Advanced Excel skills essential and Power BI required
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost control and workforce metrics
- At least 2+ years' experience in a workforce analytics or data analyst role
- Proven ability to tell a story through data and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Experience with smart rostering tools or workforce management systems (desirable)
