We are seeking an experienced Workforce Insights Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the People & Culture function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering reporting frameworks, dashboards, and workforce insights that enable data-driven decision making.

About the Role:
  • Extract and analyse people data using SQL and HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and agreements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic decision making.
  • Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Advanced SQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Skilled in designing and implementing reporting frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic workforce insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
