We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to join our team as Senior Analyst Workforce Planning. As a key member of the Chief Operations Office (COO), you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce strategy and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large data sets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategy and prepare accurate workforce plans and forecasts. You will develop and implement workforce planning analytical models and algorithms, design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses, and communicate your findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

You will work collaboratively with our team to provide advice and guidance on driving workforce strategy in partnership with stakeholders and the broader Workforce Strategy team. Your expertise in managing day-to-day operations and projects with autonomy is essential to delivering results-driven solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience in statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines. Experience working with Verint Workforce Management Tool and knowledge of scale operations environments, Financial Crime Operations, would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning analytical models and algorithms.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
  • Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders understand data insights.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience.
  • Expertise in managing day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Experience working with Verint Workforce Management Tool.
  • Knowledge of scale operations environments, Financial Crime Operations.
