Senior Business Intelligence Specialist
A critical role in designing and delivering reporting frameworks, dashboards, and workforce analytics to enable data-driven decisions across People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze people data using SQL and HR systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and agreements.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic decision-making.
Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability across P&C.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance.
About You:
Strong experience in Advanced SQL, HR systems – main system, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Skilled in designing and implementing reporting frameworks in complex organizations.
Proven ability to translate data into strategic workforce insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and collaboration tools.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project coordination skills.
