We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our workforce planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing large data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing and implementing workforce strategies to achieve optimal workforce planning.

The role involves collecting and analysing data from multiple sources, designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings, communicating analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and creating visualisations and dashboards to help stakeholders understand data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Experience in workforce planning, supply and demand modelling, and working with analytics tools such as Verint Workforce Management Tool.">
  • Ability to present complex concepts and relationships to various stakeholders and provide guidance and advice.">
  • High level of autonomy in managing day-to-day tasks and projects.">
  • Tertiary qualification in statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, or related disciplines.">
