Job Summary:

This Senior Workforce Planning role requires a data analysis expert to build timely and accurate volume forecasts. The ideal candidate will deliver actionable insights to optimize workforces, customers' experience, and enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data analytics models to forecast workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, report scope, and planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in predictive modeling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, STL, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, and workforce optimization.
  • Experience with large data sets and data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS.
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience (computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines).
  • Possess knowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations.
