The role is to efficiently manage and complete maintenance and warranty works on completed homes and display homes in the East of Melbourne, to the best possible standard, ensuring the customer experience and safety is front of mind every time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform maintenance and warranty inspections as required by the contract and or customer.
- Attend scheduled client appointments or inspections.
- Provide the necessary information, support and clear direction to all sub-contractors/suppliers to ensure maintenance works are completed in full and on time.
- Check work is up to standard that you would be happy to provide your family.
- Contribute in fortnightly Warranty Team meetings to support your colleagues and provide input if required.
- Communicate and address issues promptly as they occur on site.
- Frequent client communications during period of works to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Essential**:

- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or warranty & Maintenance supervisor in residential construction
- Ability to interpret Architectural / Engineering drawings, along with reports and specifications.
- Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel experience.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation skills and time management skills.
- Enjoy working as part of a truly collaborative team.
- Current valid drivers licence.
