Fleetwood is seeking a Warranty Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this role will be responsible for coordinating warranty analysis activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in interfacing with warranty systems and databases. A background in chassis systems and components would be an asset.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Validating and investigating all warranty claims
  • Submitting claims to supervisors for approval
  • Attending to incoming calls via the warranty queue system
  • Interfacing with customer warranty systems and databases to acquire failure information
  • Handling general claims enquiries from dealers, repairers & customers
  • Providing support information to QA for analysis of products
  • Finalizing investigation reports for internal and external customers in required format
