Join our team at Mary & Martha's, where we provide trauma-informed, client-centred support in a safe, empowering environment.Key responsibilitiesProvide high-quality outreach and refuge-based case managementDeliver risk assessments, safety planning, individualised support plans and individual counselling to children living in refugeMentor Case Managers and contribute to professional development within the teamWork within trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworksParticipate in after-hours on-call service (on rotation)About YouRelevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in family/domestic violence or social servicesStrong case management and risk assessment skillsCultural competence and ability to work with CALD communitiesExcellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skillsBlue Card, valid QLD Driver's Licence, and willingness to participate in on-call rosterWhy Choose Us?
