**The role**:
Providing support to our precontracts team and playing a pivotal role in the compilation, writing and submission of proposals and associated documents on a range of infrastructure projects across the state

**Your impact**:
You will help us win projects that will make a difference to the community we work in.

**Your every day**:

- Lead the production of expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations
- Write, proof read and edit all responses in allocated expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, presentations and award submissions
- Assist in ensuring consistency of format and visual style across each submission.
- Continual system and process improvement

**Who are you?**
- 5 years' in bid writing, tender coordination, marketing or similar
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills, including proven experience of working within a deadline driven environment
- A team player who is flexible in accommodating others needs while being proactive and able to use their own initiative
