Bids and Submissions Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Bids and Submissions Manager. As a key member of our business support team, you will be responsible for crafting and submitting high-quality bids, ensuring thorough quality assurance, and collaborating with project managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement bid strategies to guarantee successful outcomes
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to develop exceptional bid submissions
- Carry out in-depth research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Verify that all submissions meet the required standards, are complete, and are delivered on time
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in graphic design or a related field
- Experience in overseeing/project managing submissions from a graphic design perspective
- Excellent writing skills and experience using InDesign software
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
