The Role

We're not looking for an implementation project manager. We're on the hunt for a Client Onboarding & Success Partner who's ready to own the customer onboarding experience. This role isn't about ticking boxes it's about leading clients through transformation and setting them up for long-term success. A hands-on, client-centric, outcome-focused manager to lead our client onboarding team. This role is not only about delivery. It's about managing the people side of change - helping our clients adapt to new technology, new processes, and new ways of working.

What you'll do
  • Lead end-to-end implementations - from kickoff through migration & go-live and priority support.
  • Translate client needs into smart, practical system configurations.
  • Spot roadblocks early and keep projects moving.
  • Build lasting client trust through clear, timely, confident communication.
  • Ensure every client leaves onboarding saying: "That was seamless."
What you'll bring
  • Hands-on experience in project or software implementation.
  • A balance of analytical smarts and people skills.
  • Drive to deliver projects on time, with quality.
  • Customer-first mindset: you thrive on helping others succeed.
  • Background in staffing or SaaS/software.
  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, Project Management or related field - or you've proven you don't need one.
