**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to assist our development delivery and transformation teams that are part of a large Group-wide strategy. You will have proven experience working on construction and development projects under the guidance of experienced project managers. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a busy high performing team and possess a passion for providing exceptional project delivery.

This role is based at our global head office in South Brisbane. Reporting to the Development Delivery Manager you will support project managers and project leads across a range of projects. This role is an initial 12-month fixed term contract position and is likely to be extended.

Successful applicants will be expected to engage in day-to-day activities including:

- Prepare and maintain development project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and coordinate consultants / stakeholders to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion
- Coordinate daily project tasks
- Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops with stakeholders and consultants
- Support staff with the tools utilised within Icon for project governance framework
- Provide exceptional support to Project Managers in the delivery and transformation teams

**About you**:
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator excited to develop their skills and to deliver successful development projects. You will have:

- Suitable Tertiary qualifications or recognised certifications in project management.
- Ability to utilise project programming software I.e. Microsoft Project
- Exposure to small to medium construction projects, in healthcare is advantageous
- Capability to prioritise workload and forward plan
- Open and effective communication skills
- Confidence to take ownership of your work and show initiative
- Ability to assimilate into Icon Group and work collaborative with the existing team adhering to Group frameworks and standards
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Experience in healthcare highly regarded.
