The Portfolio Coordinator is a vital support role within the BITDD Portfolio, offering essential coordinator assistance for the portfolio as well as various programs and projects. This role involves supporting Portfolio Managers as well as Project and Program Managers in various aspects of portfolio and program delivery. This will involve activities such as collation and maintenance of the portfolio knowledge base, creation of reports, supporting various portfolio management meetings, providing support to a program, and independently managing tasks or small projects.

In this role, you will:

- Support the Senior Portfolio Analyst to deliver high-quality portfolio management services, assisting with commercial, financial, and resource coordination activities, including procurement, accounts payable, and reporting.
- Manage small IT initiatives, tasks, or projects, ensuring governance, timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Provide advice and support on IT project delivery frameworks and associated deliverables.
- Collect, collate, and distribute portfolio, program, and project management reporting data, and prepare ad-hoc reports and data gathering exercises.
- Contribute to the development of Portfolio artefacts such as roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
- Work with programs and projects to collect and collate completed deliverables to build the portfolio reference knowledge base.

Based in Brisbane, you will be joining the Business IT & Digital Delivery group as part of the extensive IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects. **Your expertise**:

- Advanced Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or experience in multi-project management, planning, scheduling, cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and reporting within a project delivery environment.
- Diploma in Project Management (desirable)

With a proven track record in project coordination / management across small IT projects, procurement, and financial management advice, you are familiar with maintaining project standards, processes, and governance, and excel at working with program and project managers to deliver projects.

Your experience in providing governance and status reports to boards, stakeholders, and management showcases your ability to keep all parties informed and engaged.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel for creating impactful presentations and reports is one of your strengths, whilst an understanding of PMI standards (PMBOK, Risk Management, and Program Management Standards) further enhances your capability.
