Project Portfolio Management Expertise

The role involves reviewing project submissions and conducting due diligence to ensure alignment with governance requirements, organisational capability in project management and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organisational portfolio management of projects and initiatives to achieve strategic goals and financial outcomes
  • Gather project proposals and establish a selection and prioritisation framework to evaluate projects based on financial, risk management and strategic planning perspectives
  • Manage and coordinate governance for projects within allocated portfolios, monitor and escalate project-related issues or risks to ensure resolution and adherence to project management and governance requirements
  • Monitor project delivery to ensure it remains within approved parameters as defined in the business case/approved baseline
