**_Are you interested in building on your leadership and injury management skills, to lead a team of Allied Health specialists with a high-performance culture?_**
To support our Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing model across CTP Claims, we have identified an opportunity for a permanent or part-time Team Manager role. You will use your strong leadership skills to lead, empower and support Injury Management Specialists (IMS) to optimise claims outcomes, through a person-centred approach to customer experience.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Leading, mentoring and developing our Injury Management Specialist, across various office sites
- Drive and implement injury management strategies to optimise claims outcomes, excellence in customer experience and meeting of compliance requirements.
- Demonstrating effective change leadership to support the team in embedding the objectives of the Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing model across CTP Claims.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve claim outcomes across the business through collaborative leadership with IMS, Team Managers and claims teams to implement solutions.
- Building on the quality assurance and compliance framework to ensure continuous improvement and appropriate controls are maintained.
- Provide expertise advice and guidance on claims to support case managers and supervisors with managing motor vehicle accident-related injuries and conditions, coordinating activities with key stakeholders to facilitate the successful management of injured individuals with their return health and work.
**About you**
- Highly developed and demonstrated skills in leading people, developing capability and fostering relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury, disability or health industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with demonstrated planning skills and attention to detail.
- Highly developed lateral thinking, analytical and decision making skills.
- Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring.
- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in an Allied Health field is desirable (e.g. Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Nursing/Social Work/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling).
