Job Title: Injury Management SpecialistAbout the Role:The Injury Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying and facilitating injury management activities to assist injured workers with their rehabilitation. The role will involve providing early intervention and high-quality face-to-face service to workers, employers, and treating health practitioners.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a portfolio of cases and work in partnership with claims consultants and other return to work specialists to achieve proactive intervention after work-related injury or illness.
  • Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using expertise skills and knowledge.
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:This role requires 2-3 years' experience as an injury management specialist. Applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a team player attitude.
